I believe that it is essential to have a balance both in cuisine and in human nature.

In terms of the balance of “play well, work hard”, this can be seen in the basic of cuisine; keeping healthy by eating well-balanced is essential, and as a professional chef, this concept has to reflect to his recipe.

In my student life episode, there were prank graffiti in a school washroom.

“The Right wing, get out from our school!” was written by somebody, and next to it, “hey, the Left wing, as soon as we find you guys, we’ll sock it to you”.

The funny part follows, somebody wrote above those two squabbles that, “planes do not fly with a lack of its left or right wing”.

In human nature and cuisine, I feel it is truly important to have this balance at all time.
